By commissioning me (VELLE) you agree to these terms:1: COMMISSION INFO:
When commissioning me, you must ensure that you have given me all the relevant information about your commission such as poses, dialogue, and an accurate reference sheet of your character(s).
DO NOT SEND ME 3D MODELS, RENDERED IMAGES, OR RENDERED REF SHEETS. A ref sheet with the base colors is much more helpful than you think.2:RIGHTS TO THE ART:
All rights to the artwork belong to me. Meaning you cannot use the artwork for merch or other commercial use. It is for your own personal use and yours only. However if you plan to use it for such things as merch and plan to sell it, you will be charged a commercial fee before i start the artwork. (If you are seen using my work as merch and you have not paid me the commercial fee you were asked to pay, YOU WILL BE BLACK LISTED).3: NSFW 18+ ARTWORK:
By commissioning this kind of work you must give me a selfie of yourself holding your Photo ID (This is to ensure that you aren’t lying about your age at all). The photo must be clear enough for me to see your date of birth, you may cross out any additional info but I MUST SEE YOUR BIRTHDATE. However if I know you personally, this does not apply to you.4: DO NOT RUSH ME!!!:
You may ask about WIPs but do not ask for a WIP literally an hour after you paid me. I also have a life outside of comm work and sometimes will take breaks for my mental/ physical health. I would love for you to respect this for the sake of me as a person/ human that requires rest. I will not do Dead line fees because I like for my art to be high quality and like to ensure you get what you paid for. Expect your commission to be done by 3-6 months at the latest.5: I SHALL SEND WIPS:
I will definitely send WIPS for you so you don’t have to worry too much. They may take time but I usually aim to send you a WIP by the first 24-48 hours after payment since I usually try to get right to it. However if anything does come up randomly i will try to let you know in due time so you won't grow worried. I also make sure to stay in contact/ have good communication just in case anything happens.6: PAYMENT:
I take FULL PAYMENT, but I will do partial with only people “I trust”, meaning do not ask if you can do partial payment because the answer will be no. :/7: REFUNDS (RARE CASES):
Letting this be known that AFTER I have completed the sketch process and move onto the Inking, coloring and rendering process YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND IF YOU ASK FOR ONE. Once you give me the “ok” to move on after the sketch that is it. Also note that once I start the sketch and you decide that you want a refund, you will receive partial due to the time and work already being put in. But, if you are going to commission me, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE EVERY SORTED OUT WITH YOUR PERSONAL LIFE FIRST. I’m not always going to be able to just give the money back for right off the bat.8. HOLDS:
I will not hold commission slots or adopts, sorry. I will only do this for people I have high trust in.9. FEES:
Changing fee - I will only allow up to 3 free changes on your commission before I start charging you $1 for every change.
Note:You will have to pay before I make the changes.[Before changing fee: Please give me a "YES" or "NO" if something doesn't look right. If you say "yes' and give me the 'ok' to proceed and you say "wait actually could you change-?" you will be charged a fee.]Commercial fee - if you plan to sell merchandise, or use my art in any way to promote to profit, you will be charged a 300% commercial fee.10. NO CHANGES ONCE WORK IS COMPLETED!!!:
Once the commission is finally complete, I will not go back to it, no fees for changes allowed after the completion of the process.11:NO SMALL TALK/ FORCING ME TO BE FRIENDS:
Please understand that just because you commission me, that does not mean we are friends. If it is not about your commission then I will more than likely ignore you until I send you a WIP/Updates.By commissioning me(Velle), you(The client) agree that you will respect me and my terms of service.
