All rights to the artwork belong to me. Meaning you cannot use the artwork for merch or other commercial use. It is for your own personal use and yours only. However if you do plan to use it for such things as merch and plan to sell it, you will be charged a commercial fee before i start the artwork. (If you are seen using my work as merch and you have not paid me, YOU WILL BE BLACK LISTED)3: NSFW 18+ ARTWORK:
By commissioning this kind of work you must give me a selfie of yourself holding your Photo ID. The photo must be clear enough for me to see your date of birth, you may cross out any additional info but I MUST SEE YOUR BIRTHDATE. For the love of God, do not rush me for yes, you have paid for me to draw something but I also have a life outside of work and sometimes will take breaks for my mental/ physical health. I would love for you to respect this for the sake of me as a person/ human that requires rest. If you are really wanting me to finish your commission while im in the process of other projects you will be charged a fee before I begin. This implies that I will work on yours and yours only until I am done. Expect your commission to be done by 3-6 months at the latest.5: I SHALL SEND WIPS:
I will definitely send WIPS for you so you don’t have to worry too much. They may take time but I usually aim to send you a WIP by the first 24-48 hours after payment since I usually try to get right to it. However if anything does come up randomly i will try to let you know in due time so you won't grow worried6: PAYMENT:

No partial whatsoever!!!7: REFUNDS (RARE CASES):
Letting this be known that AFTER I have completed the sketch process and move onto the Inking, coloring and rendering process YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND IF YOU ASK FOR ONE. Once you give me the “ok” to move on after the sketch that is it. Also note that once I start the sketch and you decide that you want a refund, you will receive partial due to me already putting in the time and work when I can be working on other projects.8. HOLDS:

I feel like this is another thing i will start doing is charging fees as far as changes because while i honestly do not mind helping with little changes or what not, you should be able to give me decent descriptions on the work im making for you, please give me a "YES" or "NO" if something doesn't look right. If you say "yes' and give me the 'ok' to proceed and you say "wait actually could you change-?" you will be charged a fee. Im not saying this to be rude but i want you all to understand that this is has happened alot and while im not upset (yes, A lot of people will make this into a big deal and make it seem like im upset and im not), this just has to be put out there because this stuff is really time consuming and the wrong communication can be really draining.10. The moment that i finish you commission and you have the nerve to tell me to do it over because you don't like it or it didn't come out the way YOU wanted it, be ready to pay the full price again or be blacklisted and reported. i will not tolerate such behaviour and you will not take advantage of other artist in such a manor. i will put you one fucking blast because that behavior absolutely disgusts me.By commissioning me(Velle), you(The client) agree that you will respect me and my terms of service.
